The plant is engineered to remove suspended solids, organic load (BOD/COD), oil & grease, chemicals, and other industrial contaminants, ensuring the treated effluent meets CPCB/SPCB discharge and reuse standards. Each system is custom-designed based on effluent characteristics, providing stable operation, optimized chemical consumption, and low operating cost.

        Complete Treatment Process Flow 1️⃣ Inlet Screening & Oil Separation

        Raw effluent passes through bar screens and oil & grease traps to remove floating debris and oil, protecting downstream equipment.

        2️⃣ Equalization Tank

        Effluent is collected in an equalization tank to balance flow, pH, and pollutant load. Air mixing prevents settling and ensures uniform effluent quality.

        3️⃣ Chemical Treatment (Primary Treatment)
        • pH correction using acid/alkali dosing

        • Coagulation and flocculation to destabilize and agglomerate suspended particles

        • Formation of settleable flocs

        4️⃣ Primary Clarifier

        Settles chemical sludge, reducing TSS, color, and chemical contaminants. Sludge is transferred to sludge handling units.

        5️⃣ Biological Treatment (Secondary Treatment)

        Depending on effluent nature, advanced biological technologies such as MBBR, SBR, or MBR are employed to efficiently reduce BOD and COD through microbial action.

        6️⃣ Secondary Clarifier

        Separates biological sludge from treated water. Part of the sludge is recycled to maintain active biomass; excess sludge is removed.
